1 Using the MMS-300 thermal simulation test machine, the static and dynamic CCT curves of the experimental steel were drawn, and the influence of the holding temperature, cooling rate and deformation on the continuous cooling curve of the experimental steel was studied with aluminum circle supplier. 2 The high temperature deformation behavior of the experimental steel was studied, and the influencing factors of the deformation resistance were analyzed, and the material constant was obtained: a=0.0136Mpa-1n=4.2645.A=2.410-6, and the thermal deformation activation energy Q=372.8KJ/mol was calculated. Obtain the Z parameter expression and the flow stress peak formula. The traditional mathematical model and artificial intelligence algorithm were used to fit the deformation resistance model of the experimental steel respectively, and the fitting effects of the two were compared.
